Committee

The affairs of the Club are managed by a Committee consisting of a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, three Activity Organisers, a Webmaster and a Press Officer. In the course of time all Club members are encouraged to seek election to the Committee or participate in some way in the management of the Club or its various activities. The Committee usually convenes about four times a year and meets at The Half Moon.

The next Committee meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 23 January 2024 at 10.30 AM.

Constitution:

The Club is managed in accordance with rules set down in a written Constitution. Periodically, the Committee proposes changes to the Constitution, for approval of the membership, to ensure it is maintained up-to-date. In addition, the Club maintains a policy relating to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
